Terms of Service
Last updated: August 10, 2026
Service description
EmailGang provides one login with the ability to create unlimited email "clones" — real addresses under your own domain or our shared domain — each with its own inbox, able to send and receive mail independently. Clones can optionally get dedicated SMTP credentials for programmatic sending.
Accounts & billing
You must provide accurate registration information, including a real recovery email you control. Subscription fees are billed through Square. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact support within 7 days of purchase.
Acceptable use
You may not use EmailGang to:
- Send spam, bulk unsolicited mail, phishing, or malware.
- Harass, impersonate, or defraud any person or organization.
- Send or store content that is illegal in the jurisdiction you're sending from or to.
- Abuse the shared domain in ways that damage its sending reputation for other users — mass-sending is monitored and flagged.
Violating these terms may result in your clones, domains, or account being suspended or banned.
Content responsibility & moderation
You are responsible for content you send through your clones. Outbound messages are automatically scanned for policy violations at send time and may be flagged for review. Inbound mail comes from third parties outside our control, but abusive inbound patterns (e.g. spam floods to a clone) may still result in action on the affected clone.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using EmailGang at any time; see our Privacy Policy for how to delete your data.
No warranty
EmailGang is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee mail delivery to, or acceptance by, any particular third-party provider. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
